Chairman’s Message

It is a matter of great honour and satisfaction that Frontier Oil Company-II (FOC-II), a subsidiary of Frontier Works Organization (FWO) is fully committed and making dedicated efforts in coordination with all the stakeholders for the construction of Faisalabad – Thallian -Tarujabba White Oil Pipeline (FTT-WOP) which will ensure a safe, efficient and secure mode of transportation of Petroleum Products (High Speed Diesel and Motor Spirit) in the country. Commissioning of this strategic project will complete the backbone of country’s fuel supply line and will be very beneficial for the General Public economically in the longer run. I hope and pray that this environmentally friendly project will make great contributions in the energy sector of the country and future prosperity of the country.

Message From The CEO FOC-II

It is a matter of great honor to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Oil Company-II (FOC-II) which is development the Faisalabad–Thallian–Tarujabba White Oil Pipeline (FTT-WOP), a strategically important energy infrastructure project with the potential to make a lasting contribution to Pakistan’s energy security, economic development, and national resilience.
The FTT-WOP is envisioned as a safe, reliable, and efficient transportation corridor for white oil products, connecting important storage and consumption centres across Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Its development will strengthen the country’s petroleum supply chain, improve connectivity between key energy hubs, and provide a dependable alternative to the extensive movement of petroleum products by road.
For the public and the national economy, the project offers significant long-term benefits. Pipeline transportation can reduce the movement of petroleum products by road, helping to ease traffic congestion, reduce pressure and wear on highways, and improve transportation safety. It will also enhance logistics efficiency and contribute to reducing the environmental impact associated with the transportation of petroleum products over long distances. The commissioning of FTT-WOP will further strengthen the strategic importance of Oil Village Special Economic Zone (OVSEZ), Thallian.
FOC-II is proud to have Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and SOCAR as key shareholders in this endeavour. PSO brings extensive experience and expertise as Pakistan’s leading oil marketing company, while SOCAR contributes international energy sector experience and the strength of one of the region’s prominent integrated energy companies.
The FTT-WOP represents an investment in the country’s future supporting economic activity, improving petroleum logistics, creating opportunities for businesses and communities, and strengthening the resilience of Pakistan’s energy supply chain.
